Loved your book Mona Lisa Awakening, ready to start book #2, please keep them coming…
Thank you…
by Donna Whiting March 23rd, 2007 at 11:37 amI came across the Moonie series by accident. I’m a huge fan of Karen Moning and since I’ve read everything and waiting for the next book, I needed to find something else to read. I came across ‘Over the Moon’ and fell in love with the story. I ordered the book before that one and the one after. I just finished the last one and now I’m waiting for the next installment in the series. Can’t wait! love it!
by Anny March 26th, 2007 at 7:08 pmI hope Gryphon’s coming back, Amber’s my favorite but boy did I cry when he died.
I haven’t read any of your other books aside from the short story in Over the Moon, but I loved that one, and as soon as I can make some money I’m headin’ to the book store to pick up Mona Lisa Awakening and Mona Lisa Blossoming. I am so excited about this series, as well as the series about Lucinda (forgot the name).
by Katya March 27th, 2007 at 8:23 pmYou are completely brillant, and I can’t wait to read the rest of the Mona Lisa series! Love it! Love it! Love it!!!!!

I discovered you by accident, thank goodness for that. I have just finished reading everything by Laurell K Hamilton that I could get my hands on, then I discovered Angela Knight and read all of those. Now I have also discovered Sunny. Mona Lisa is fantastic, I cant wait to find out what happens with all of the characters and eagerly await your next story. Thank you for writing the way you do. Cheers from Canada.
by Colleen Clark April 6th, 2007 at 10:43 amHello, I actually stopped into a Walden Books that was going out of Business. Thank God I did. I saw “Mona lisa Awakening” and liked what I read on the back cover. I LOVED the Book. I fell in Love with Gryphon. Day after I finished it I got “Mona Lisa Bloosoming”. I was very sad at the end of it. Tears rolled down. Named my Guinea pig Mona lisa. Wonderful books. I am going to get Over the moon, can not wait for it.
by Priscilla Viera April 7th, 2007 at 5:50 pmI first read you in Over The Moon. So I brought all of your Mona Lisa’s book can’t wait until August. So now I’m starting China Doll books I know I’m going to enjoy them also. Thank You!
by Daune McDowell April 7th, 2007 at 7:11 pmwow, i am totally amazed by your works. enough passion to keep it edgy, not too dirty, and u can write!! i find myself genuinely and deeply concerned for the characters and the plot. you are wonderful!!! i bought mona lisa awakening, read it in 2 hours, went out and got blossoming that very same day and finished it that evening. unfortunatly, all the books a millions and barnes and nobles near by do not have over the moon, so i doubt they will carry the next anthology,…. =( i might be SOL. but i cant wait to hear more of gryphon and halcyon. i love u may u be rich and prosper its only what u desrve

by Celena June 15th, 2007 at 11:22 pmI am really looking forward to your new series and the Mona Lisa short coming out in August - but what I really hope is that you have more books in the “children of the Moon” series? Because two books and two shorts are just not enough
by Lynn June 19th, 2007 at 5:32 pmI just finished reading Mona Lisa Three in the Over the Moon Anthology and I loved it. I am going out to buy the other books. I look forward to reading more from you .

I just love the characters you created but saddened about what happened to a favorite of mine. Hopefully she’ll be able to see him again with Halcyon
I look forward with great anticipation to your next story and full length novel… please don’t make us wait!!
by Jennie June 26th, 2007 at 8:41 pmI just wanted to take the time to let you know that I L-O-V-E your Monere series. I’ve been following your series and it’s the best I’ve read (I finished the first 3 books in the past 2 days). Yup, it was that good
Have just finished reading children of the moon. Thoroughly enjoyed reading them. Read them again the next day. Waiting anxiously for the next novel on Mona Lisa and Halcyon!!! Can you write faster!
by mel vilisoni July 9th, 2007 at 6:19 pmI just wanted to say that I love the Monere books. I first read the novella in “Over the Moon”. I was so enthralled by the story that I had to find out more. I then bought the two full length books and just couldn’t put them down! I read the two books and reread the novella in two days. I love the fast pace and I can’t wait for the next book! I hope there are many more to come.
by Shannon July 12th, 2007 at 1:59 pmI love Amber, please don’t do the same to him as you did to Gryphon. Please, please, please.
by Anita July 26th, 2007 at 2:10 pmI just discovered your writing in “Over the Moon”. I am totally taken by your characters. In just a short novella I feel so invested in the characters (not common fo rme). I can’t wait until the local bookstore opens tomorrow and I can go and get more of your work! Thank you for all of the hard work that it takes to create such full-bodied characters and the world they live in.
by Sue July 29th, 2007 at 12:50 amHi there Sunny, I am totally in love with your characters of the Monere… they are simply fabulous. Read your MLA and MBA back to back and can’t wait MBC to hit the store. I hope you will continue on writing about them as fast as u can. :) Keep up the fantastic writing. You’ve become one of my fave authors. Thanks for writing.
by Wirda July 31st, 2007 at 10:35 pmYour books are awesome. I was hooked. I love Laurell K Hamilton and when I saw that and saw that you had gave thanks to her I knew I had to read it. I loved them. I read both of them within four days. Two days for each. I was so hooked that when Gryphon died I cried. Yea actual tears and everyone knows I rarely cry. You are an awesome writer. Thank you.
by Krista August 3rd, 2007 at 9:45 amI just finished Mona Lisa Blossoming, and I can’t stop crying. It is so beautiful! Please tell me that Gryphon is not gone forever. Let there be at least a small peice of him left. Please say you will keep writing, I am enthralled.
by Kathi August 10th, 2007 at 3:44 pmOMG! I just love your books….well…..the mona lisa serie so since I have read your other books yet……I now need to go buy the copy myself since I borrowed the first two books of the Mona Lisa from my library. :D

by lucille grace August 15th, 2007 at 3:55 pmI love your books! I can’t wait to read what is next for Mona Lisa and Halcyon!
by Kim August 20th, 2007 at 4:06 pmSunny, you are phenomenal!!! I just finished reading Lucinda, Darkly and I am so in love with this new series. I look forward to the next book to learn more of Stefan, Jonnie, Nico, Talon, Ruric and Hari and anyone else Lucinda attaches to her. She has an ally in Mona Lisa and I hope Mona Lisa makes a cameo in one of the Demon Princess Chronicles. Please keep writing, so far I have read everything you have written and have not been disappointed. For me you rank right up there with Sherrilyn Kenyon, Kim Harrison and Laurell Hamilton. Keep up the great work :)
by Judy August 23rd, 2007 at 10:02 amPlease don’t stop writing. I just start reading your books and I can’t put them down. Your ability to create such powerfully moving, vivid characters are addictive. I can’t wait til MLC comes out!
by Sara August 23rd, 2007 at 12:13 pmI walked in the library looking to help friends with there employment problems and was blessed with the discovery of your book LUCINDA, DARKLY. I thought for the longest the name of the book was Sunny… This was yesterday that i discovered your books and today i plan on reading a lot more of your work. Thankyou for arousing my love of books again.
by D'Andre Hendrix August 24th, 2007 at 5:17 pmJust finished reading Lucinda Darkly - could not put the book down. She became very likeable, definitely want to read more of her stories. Looking forward to the continuing story of Mona Lisa too.
by Bobbie Middlebrooke August 26th, 2007 at 3:49 pmHi
I’m the one who wrote ages ago to tell you I had gotten your first book from my sister. I am collecting all your stuff! I just love your books. I just wanted you to know I have continued to collect your books.
Keep doing the great work.
by Elizabeth August 27th, 2007 at 3:25 pmJust a note to tell you how much I enjoy your books. You are a great author, I love your characters, and even cried when Gryphon was killed. Keep them comming, for I look forward to each and every one. Awesome work!
by Bobbi August 30th, 2007 at 1:47 pmI’ve had to order LUCINDA DARKLY because of the high demand, all your other books I have read and love em all. Keep up the great work!
by Bobbi September 6th, 2007 at 2:58 pmBobbi
I just finished reading all 4 of Mona Lisa’s stories and I have to
by Debs September 7th, 2007 at 8:43 pmtell you, as much as I enjoyed the characters, I was truly, sadly
disappointed that you killed Gryphon off. Can’t you perform some
sort of miracle and give Gryphon back to Mona Lisa? Please?
I just finished reading Mona Lisa Blossoming. I can’t believe Gryphon is gone. Him and Amber were always the left and the right.
We don’t have your books in stock in my country so I have to get the local borders to source for the books internationally. I have to wait 6 weeks for each book :( But well worth the wait.
by Melissa September 9th, 2007 at 9:24 am
I just finished ‘Over the Moon’ and now I must rush out and buy the rest of the stories in this series! Thankfully I already own ‘On the Prowl’ but I must get the others first so I can read them in order! Dang… just one more addiction to add to the pile!
by Jamie M. September 16th, 2007 at 3:08 amHi Sunny,
by Saskia September 22nd, 2007 at 11:29 amI’ve just been enjoying your fabulous photos, thanks so much for sharing them with us. Beautiful site!
You know every since the day I read the preview for “Hard Stuff” on this website and every since I ordered it off amazon, I have been waiting and waiting for the postman to give me the package. I am still waiting! X0
I was hoping it was to arrive since Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, and then today. I hope it arrives tomorrow.
See how tempting your books are??? I want to read that book so badly! I don’t know how long I can take anymore! X0
by K.H. September 24th, 2007 at 4:35 pmI have read the stories relating to Mona Lisa & Lucinda Darkly. Have truely enjoyed. Pre-order Mona Lisa Cravings, however; I would like to know if you will continue Lucinda’s story? You are right when you state “For every pain - there will be pleasure”
. I’m hooked.

by AWCarroll November 22nd, 2007 at 6:17 amThanks for writing such incredible books and characters. Your books are at the top of my must-have list no matter what.
One of the most fantastic series I have ever read. I adore Laurell K. Hamilton’s series (both)…but Mona Lisa and Lucinda thrill me. I can’t get enough. I have been at the bookstore at the release dates for MLB & Lucinda’s book and I will be there on Jan 2nd as well….
by Tara December 4th, 2007 at 5:34 amI just read Mona Lisa Awakening… the first I’ve read of yours… and thoroughly enjoyed it! I read a LOT of books in this genre, some by some fantastically gifted authors, others very mediocre. I am happy to say you fall into the first category (which is what prompted me to write here). You have a flair for putting the words together to make an extremely captivating story… I could not put it down! You have earned a new fan in me. I will be buying your other books and anxiously awaiting the rest!! Thank you!
by Nicole December 4th, 2007 at 6:37 pm
I love the Monere Children of the Moon series I just need to read the part that came out on the prowl. I love the books for the blend of magic and romance. It exites me to read and find out what other problems Mona Lisa would solve later on
by Joselin December 6th, 2007 at 3:30 pmI have read all your Mona Lisa books and your Lucinda Darkly I really enjoy reading them and look forward to reading more
by Vickie December 22nd, 2007 at 6:27 pmI just finished Mona Lisa Craving, I can’t wait a year for the next one. Pleeeeease write faster.
by Tammie December 29th, 2007 at 5:26 pmI am loving the Monere stories! I just read the second one and I can’t wait to see the rest :)
by Erin January 2nd, 2008 at 7:46 pmI am now reading Mona Lisa Craving and I can’t put it down!! Are you going to write a story on Quentin & Thaddeus?
by Bobbie Middlebrooke January 4th, 2008 at 12:26 pmI thoroughly enjoyed the 1st two Mona Lisa books. I jumped on the chance to purchase the 3rd book (Mona Lisa Craving) even before the January release date. I loved Mona Lisa 1 & 2, but the third one left me dissatisfied, not totally, but a definite feeling. But PLEASE continue to write this fantastic story.
by Joy January 4th, 2008 at 2:42 pmForgot to mention that I’ve read ever single one of Sunny’s books. Even the anthologies and the Lucinda books. Kudos to a very talented author.
by Joy January 4th, 2008 at 2:45 pmThank you for responding so quickly. It’s nice to know that there are some authors who care about what their fans think. The Mona Lisa Craving book (to me) just seemed to have been rushed. The storyline was fantastic, but I think other things could have been done with it. I understand that Lisa had to be wary of Dante’ and she isn’t the promiscuous type, but the attraction was there. The story just didn’t flow like the rest of them. Still I enjoyed reading it very much.
by Joy January 4th, 2008 at 10:24 pmI finished Mona Lisa Craving last night. Loved it, like I love the rest of the books in this series. I like the change in pace, I like the fact that Mona Lisa was hesitant about Dante after she remembered. I can’t wait for the next book to find out what’s next!
by Anny January 9th, 2008 at 2:35 amI finished Mona Lisa Craving this morning and I think the book was very good. I like that Dante was such a bad ass.
Excuse my language, but I loved his character and I hope he will return to her quickly in the next book. His depature made me sad due to his and Mona Lisa’s loss.
But overall, I enjoy reading your books and look forward to them. I just can’t wait for the next Mona Lisa and I’ll be looking forward to your next Demon Princess Chronicles.
by Mai Nyua Lee January 10th, 2008 at 10:34 amBegan reading Mona Lisa Series; you do good work! Pretty erotic but I like the way she is…faulty and lovin it! I enjoy reading about women who take care of those they love and know that you don’t hurt the one you say you love!
by Sharon N Allen January 11th, 2008 at 4:32 amThank you for the reply Sunny. I was surprised you replied. But thanks! You made my day!
by Mai Nyua Lee January 11th, 2008 at 5:24 pmI do agree, bad boys are interesting.
I think that you are one of the best authors today. I love to read your books. I read one of the Mona Lisa books in two hours. They are just that great. Thank for being such a great writer.
by Ayrieal W. January 17th, 2008 at 11:15 amI just finished Mona Lisa Craving and all I could think about was the circumstances surrounding Mona Lisa’s choices and how they affected everyone else around her. She is growing and I can’t wait for the next part to see where she goes from here.
by Anissa January 19th, 2008 at 5:08 pmI read “Mona Lisa Awakening” in less than one day. Can you say “hooked”? I had a hard time finding “Over the Moon” in stores and finally had to break down and buy it
by Phaedra January 24th, 2008 at 1:10 amonline. The wait for its arrival just might kill me!! I needed this treat. The book was better than chocolate cake with double dark chocolate icing!Yummy-yum-yum!!!
Hi Sunny,
you are an inspiration to me! Im asian and a bookworm, but I also noticed that there aren’t a lot of asian writers out there! so I applaud you for standing out! Cheers! Cant wait for your next book!
With Love,
by Isabella February 1st, 2008 at 4:02 pmIsabella
Sunny, you are the best author that I have ever come across. I love your Mona Lisa series, my only problem is I read them in one day and then have to wait a whole year to read the next one….but its worth the wait! keep em coming.

by darci April 10th, 2008 at 12:26 amI just finished blossoming and I had previously read on the prowl but I was left crying. I have grown so attached to the characters I was left shocked at the killing of gryphon.

by BETTY FLORES April 11th, 2008 at 9:40 pmhie sunny! read ‘over the moon’ at the lib, got hooked and ordered mona lisa series on line. # 5 out of supply at amazon so i guess i’ll just have to bite my nails til they’re available. You’re the author so i guess u hv the right to kill off the characters but it’s so heartbreaking to have gryphon or any of the good(evil) handsome sexy guys bumped off. hope you will reconsider keeping the sexy guys alive and the girls….well, you’re the author.
by usini April 11th, 2008 at 10:25 pmYour books are great! My favorite character is Halcyon. I love reading any scenes with him and Mona Lisa. I can’t wait till the next Monere book.
by Rachel April 14th, 2008 at 5:07 pmOne of the BEST series of books that I have EVER read. Kept me wanting for more. My fiance got me into Mona Lisa just a couple of months ago and now I’ve read all of them PLUS Lucinda, Darkly. We’ve also got our friends addicted to Sunny, and I can speak for all of us…WE NEED MORE! WE CAN’T WAIT UNTIL JANUARY!!! Until then…
by Jeff April 15th, 2008 at 9:55 pmHie Sunny! Couldn’t put your books down the moment I got them from the mail. Fell totally in LOVE! with the guys (I mean the plot, of course.) Pity about Gryphon though…. You’re a good writer but you’ll be breaking a million hearts if the series doesn’t end with all the handsome sexy guys alive and sticking to Mona Lisa literally.
by Usini April 26th, 2008 at 11:36 amSunny, I love the Monere series. I can’t wait for the next book to be released. I thoroughly enjoy reading this series.
by Heather May 13th, 2008 at 1:45 pmJust finished reading Mona Lisa Craving and loved it. My youngest grandsons name is Gryphon spelled the same way. Will have to suffer through the rest of this year………can hardly wait for Mona Lisa Darkening and Lucinda, Deadly………
by Jlynn May 14th, 2008 at 5:28 pmHie Sunny! a million thanks for the mona lisa series and lucinda. I’ve got all your books now and can hardly wait for the next. Love your description when mona lisa kickass the bad guys. maybe we could sign up for a job devising ways of torture specially for perverts and paedophilles if you tire of writing.
by usini May 30th, 2008 at 3:12 amHi Sunny
by Sonja Dimitrovski June 4th, 2008 at 4:12 pmI am new to your books and I hope to pick one up soon. Smile Sonja
I just finished Lucinda Darkly–wonderfuly enjoyable
by Charlotte June 11th, 2008 at 2:15 pmThis is the second time that I have read Lucinda, Darkly. I still love it, can’t wait for the others. I have not read The Mona Lisa books but I have read your stories in Over the moon and On the prowl.
by Heather McColgan June 17th, 2008 at 3:32 pmI would like to thank you for these enjoyable reads.
Heather.
I love the cover of the new Mona Lisa book. I also like that it will be coming out in mass market paperback along with the other Mona Lisa books. It’s cheaper and it’s easier to carry around in a purse or hand bag. I can’t wait for it to come out.
by Ivette June 19th, 2008 at 4:34 pmHi Sunny! Read all your latest books and re-reading the previous ones. Feels like it’s going to be a very long wait for next Mona Lisa and Lucinda books. My birthday wish is that you won’t be killing off ANY more hunks, please….. with all the cherries in the world and chocolate chips on top! Let mona lisa have them all !!
by usini June 21st, 2008 at 6:16 amI hadn’t read anything for a long while, not anything that wasn’t required of me at school anyway. Then today at work I found two of your books in a box to be given away. I quietly went off with them and began reading Mona Lisa Awakening and I was instantly enraptured. I can’t put it down. How fortunate that the second book was in the box as well. I will definitely have to continue with the series. Best wishes!

Love your books. I just finished reading Lucinda Darkly, book was great. Cannot wait till the next one. I have read all of the Mona Lisa books and really enjoyed them also. Write faster.
by Anne August 3rd, 2008 at 2:36 pmI just finished re-reading the first two Mona Lisa books and I also finished reading the lastest Mona Lisa book. I have to say Mona Lisa Craving was great! I was a bit sad about what happened with Mona Lisa at the end but I know it happened for a reason.
I am very anxious for Mona Lisa Darkening to come out already. I don’t think I can wait calmly until January 2009 because that is almost 5 long months away!
by Ivette August 21st, 2008 at 12:06 pm
I absolutely love your books. I cannot put them down once I start. I have reread all of them and am trying to be patient awaiting the next.
by Dianna August 27th, 2008 at 8:58 amI picked up the book Lucinda, Darkly only because it looked good from reading the back cover. I could NOT put this book down once I started it. It was mesmorizing!!
by Christine Broadway August 28th, 2008 at 9:23 amI am hooked on Sunny!
I have read all of Sunny’s books and I am hooked. Please keep them coming. I would like to know if Dante will appear in upcoming Mona Lisa books?
by Sheryl September 1st, 2008 at 8:21 pmHi Sunny!
I was in desperate need of a fantasy / romance / adventure novel when I stumbled over Mona Lisa Awakening, and I am so thankful that I did. I love that book and can’t wait to read the next in the series; but I am confused…
Can you please confirm for me that Mona Lisa Blossoming, Mona Lisa Craving, and then Mona Lisa Darkening is the order that I should read? Are Over the Moon and On the Prowl short stories, almost like a spin-off, and not really part of the series?
Thank you for my escape from the everyday.
Nikki.
by Nikki September 21st, 2008 at 3:36 pmI really enjoy paranormal fiction. I used to read only mystery novels, then a freind gave me a Laurell K. Hamilton book and I was hooked. I have since read all her books and was looking for new authors when I came upon Mona Lisa Awakening in a used book store. I was about to put it down when I saw the cover saying if you like Laurell K. hamilton you’ll enjoy this book. So I baught it and Mona Lisa Blossoming and read them both in two days. I think I found another favorite author!! I just wish you guys could write them as fast as I can read them! But I understand that you are a supermom. Congrats on all your success.
by nikki avery September 24th, 2008 at 9:57 pmI’ve read Laurell Hamilton’s, Meredith series and they are keepers. I’ve also read all of your books and I would not trade, sell or give them away, they are a must have!
But, I have to say; Who ever started the rumor that your books were like Hamilton’s Meredith Series, are so dead wrong…
Sunny,
Do you have another series out that compares to any-one author that I don’t know about. I didn’t think so…
I love everything about your Mona Lisa Series, but the verdict is still out on your Lucinda Series, I’ll let you know how I feel after I read Lucinda Darkly.
Oh, put a fire under your publisher to make them move faster, please. LOL
by KD Hawke November 3rd, 2008 at 9:25 pmIs it necessary to read the novellas that come in between the Monere series stand-alone books? I’m new to Sunny’s books and want to be sure I don’t miss ANY thing!
by J T November 5th, 2008 at 3:22 pmHello~ I am thrilled to say that I just read all three of the Mona Lisa books this past weekend! What a fresh new paranormal world you have created… I can’t wait to read the new release in January! Please keep writing more - this series is addictive reading! Best, Elizabeth
by Elizabeth December 8th, 2008 at 4:51 pmI am looking forward to your 4th series.
by Juanita December 16th, 2008 at 12:44 pmMy sister bought your Mona Lisa Blossoming; then gave me it to read we both could not put it down. We then went and got the series from the beginning. Your books are GREAT. I definitely can not wait to read your next Mona Lisa book.
by Nicole December 24th, 2008 at 8:23 pmHappy Holidays!
I stumbled upon Lucinda Darkly. I was captivated by the heroics and the sultry description of the undead. I then sought out the 3/4 Mona Lisa books. I am a huge fan and have been waiting for Mona Lisa Darkening. I can’t wait!!! Sunny also turned me onto Laurell K Hamilton. This has been a huge eye opener to me. Thank you for the sexy and captivating stories that still make me smile even when I am not reading them.
by Summer Summers December 30th, 2008 at 5:09 pm
hay i just love all the books including the newly released mona lisa darkening. i read the first three in four days and was left with a need to read the next. i just got it yesterday and i finished it already….wooww awesome i just want to know if anyone knows when the next one will come out…i know it’s a lil too soon since the new one was just released but these books are soooo addicting….so if any one know please tell me ….lol
by athena kennedy January 1st, 2009 at 7:58 pmI ran across Sunny first in an anthology, Mona Lisa Three, and was addicted immediately. The story and content reminds me of Laurell K. Hamilton, who is one of my favorite authors so I was happy to find something similar, but with its own twist. Too many authors do the same as other authors, so its very refreshing to find something new and exciting and erotic out there.
by Sara January 3rd, 2009 at 4:43 amI am a big fan of sunnys work, i have read almost all of the monere books and am really looking foward to the new one, i cannot wait for the new one! it comes out this january thats all i know.
by Rebecca January 6th, 2009 at 11:23 amI am so glad to see the fourth book was finally released! I had actually been holding out on reading the third book because I knew I would go crazy waiting for the next installment- I guess it makes me feel better to know I can read the next in the series anytime, lol. But now I have two I can read in a row- or maybe I’ll save the fourth one…
by Mandy January 7th, 2009 at 5:07 amI couldnt believe it when I saw that the fourth book came out. I have been waiting for it cuz I had read all the others right away when I read the short story in “Over the Moon”. I cant wait to see what comes next in the series!!!
by Manna January 7th, 2009 at 5:50 pmDont you just LOVE her?? I read “Darkening” so fast I was done and couldnt believe I had really read the whole thing while still working 12 hr days! Cant wait for Lucinda & the next Mona Lisa!
by Lynn January 9th, 2009 at 11:14 amI just finished your book: Mona Lisa Darkening. I loved it! Thank you, thank you!. I just wanted to say thhe whole thing where Gryphon was held down in purple chains was shocking (as in surprisingly, good-shocking) that it seemed more like a S & M scene which I was not expecting!

by Mai January 16th, 2009 at 11:09 amBut on another note, I’d really love to see some happy ending with Dante. I love his character and want some closure with him. I don’t know what it is about him, but I just love him! Please bring him back in the next book!
Amazing books. I love the Mona Lisa series. I finished Mona Lisa Darkening in two hours.
Needless to say, I’m addicted. I can’t wait until the next one comes out. In the meantime, I’m going to try out Lucinda, Darkly.
by NightsRain January 18th, 2009 at 10:55 pmI love the books, but I do have questions. What happened with the prince of darkness? What about Dante? Did she get all of her powers back? Does that still live inside of her or did she die? Sorry I’m just alittle confused. Is there another one coming out?
by wendy January 22nd, 2009 at 4:12 pmI realize that Mona Lisa Darkening has just came out, and now that I’ve read the book I am hart broken that the next book isnt out yet. I am glad to see that the next Lucinda book has a relese date
by Jazmine January 28th, 2009 at 1:32 amI hope that Sunny brings back Dante in the next Mona Lisa book. When will the next Lucinda book be released?
by Ebony Donahue January 28th, 2009 at 5:51 pmI completely agree with the last two comments. I couldn’t put any of her books down once I started them I had to finish them in one sitting. I also missed Dante, but I have a feeling he will be back. I can’t wait for the next Mona Lisa to come out and plan on reading Lucinda Darkening a.s.a.p.. As well as any other books written by Sunny.
by Nicole January 30th, 2009 at 6:06 pmSunny you have an amazing mind that those of us who are not creative are envious of.
Will there be another book in the Mona Lisa Series?! I don’t think I could make it if there wasn’t!!

by ArduousDevotion January 31st, 2009 at 5:59 pmI just wanted to say that I am a fan of Sunny and all of the books she has published for the Monere series. Her imagination is to par with that of J.K. Rowling and her Harry Potter books, although, Sunny is better in so many ways. I am so sad that I did not know of Mona Lisa Three until today! I have kept with Mona Lisa since the first book, so I was surprised to see this.
Lucinda is also another character whom I plan to follow as the next book finds its way to the bookstores.
I will always be a devoted reader, and I can’t wait to receive Mona Lisa Darkening, On the Prowl, and of course, Lucinda when she comes out in October :D
by Tina February 1st, 2009 at 7:07 amLOVE IT! I just read first 2, cried as hard for gryphon as i did for frost in LKH’s please tell me he comes back
. Will read the next as soon as I can get them. I read about 2 a day cuz I am sick and can’t work. I read so many authors..but have caught up with all of them. Well thanks I have a new author to read.
by Leslie February 2nd, 2009 at 12:28 amYour books are awesome. Just completed “Mona Lisa Awakening” and have purchased the next three. Can’t wait to read them all.
by Kelly Ornelas February 6th, 2009 at 4:11 pmSunny, I just love your writing, please don’t ever stop. I’m picking up Mona Lisa Darkening today, I can[t wait to read it. I’m also picking up The Hard Stuff and China Doll. You are awesome!!! You ROCK!!!
I look forward to your next books.
by Madeline Di Stiso February 17th, 2009 at 3:41 pmSunny your books are just amazing, thank you for sharing them with us! I have been reading at the Mona Lisa series and I love it everytime a little bit more, it is just fascinating and the characters are really captivating! I hope there will be some more Monere books because I can’t wait to read more! Will Dante come back?
by Laura February 22nd, 2009 at 9:16 pmI absolutely crave for more mouthwatering reading :D !
I can’t get enough of your stories. Once I pick your books, especially the Monere, Children of the Moon series, I can’t help but envision myself in their world. It’s a great escape.
by Marichu February 24th, 2009 at 11:08 amI have read all of the Mona Lisa books and the in between books. I just read “Lucinda Darkly” and I absolutly loved it too. My sister and I are both now Sunny fans. The Hard Stuff and Skin on Skin are also gooooood! I have also gotten into reading the other authors who wrote the short stories from the other books but Sunny is still my favorite….great reading for an obsessive reader like me. I read a book a day plus have a life.
by Nicole February 28th, 2009 at 11:28 pmAre there going to be more Monére books? Or was Mona Lisa Darkening the last?
Just wondering…
by Tira March 2nd, 2009 at 3:01 amI really hope that you continue the series of
by Taufa March 4th, 2009 at 1:45 amthe Monere children of the moon…. bout Mona Lisa… Really love these stories… n cant wait for the next book!!….
I, too am wondering about new books re: the Monere Queen Mona Lisa. Once I start these books I can’t put them down and wait with bated breath for the next one. Sunny, you ROCK!! I now look for your name on any anthologies and will purchase it immediately as I know it’ll be amazing.
by Madeline Di Stiso March 7th, 2009 at 12:22 amI love the Monere books, I couldn’t stop reading them until I had finished all the books. I love Sunny’s writing and will get the other books she has done (i.e. her short stories in other books.
by Jessie March 9th, 2009 at 6:52 pmJust wanted to say Hi!! I just finished Mona Lisa Darkening and once again I am on the edge of my seat to see what happens next. I am sure this one will become just a worn out as the others before the next one comes out. Great Job!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful story with the rest of us.
by Dianna March 11th, 2009 at 1:34 pmI recently was introduced to Sunny and the Mona Lisa series….I am a fan! I enjoy reading books that are in the first person narative. I can’t wait to read them all!! Thank you Sunny.
by Stephanie March 13th, 2009 at 2:17 amI love your books and I hope Mona Lisa and her sexy men come back really soon
I can´t wait to read more about Chami, Amber and the rest of her merry men.
If only I could have them for one night in bed, I would be one happy woman!
I hope we get to know more about her men, in and out of Mona Lisa’s bed
by Erika,Sweden March 16th, 2009 at 5:54 amI have never been into this type of reading, but I was so attracted to the covers, I borrowed the first three at once. Needless to say I adored them so much that I delved through them in 3 days :)
by Tiffany March 19th, 2009 at 3:49 pmI have read all the Mona Lisa books numorus times, and Lucinda Darkly just recently. I cant wait to see what you come up with next!
by Amanda March 26th, 2009 at 6:39 pmI love Amber. I’d like to see…er… read more about him. He’s not getting enough page time.
I’ve read every Mona Lisa book up to date, will there be more? I want more of Amber.
by Anny May 13th, 2009 at 8:59 am

by jenci Zambrano May 14th, 2009 at 1:12 pmI just finished reading ‘On The Prowl’ last nite and I feel in love with your Mona Lisa. I am looking forward to reading more about her. Thank You…
by Katrina May 18th, 2009 at 8:57 amWill there be more Mona Lisa? If so, do you have an ETA?
by Rachel May 19th, 2009 at 2:53 pmSo, while browsing through Barnes and Noble I spot Mona Lisa Awakening and think, ‘Wow, cool cover!’ Being the visual person I am I pick it up and read the back synopsis, seems interesting enough so I continue to investigate by reading the first chapter. I was hooked. After buying the first and reading it I went back to B&N and bought the rest currently available, lucky for me all four were out!
I love the Mona Lisa series because it’s so unique and Mona Lisa herself is wonderful!
by Marina May 22nd, 2009 at 10:26 pmI love these books. I started with Lucinda, and then went back for more, of course there was only the Mona Lisa’s so I started them. And boy did I fall in love I cant wait for more. Is there going to be any?
by kelly lynn antwine May 31st, 2009 at 4:25 pmI totally can’t wait for the next Lucinda book…. Plus I hope the Mona Lisa series continues!!
by Olivia June 2nd, 2009 at 10:11 amThese books are written with such creativity I keep thinking can they get any better.. and they do!!!! Love It Thank you Sunny
I love Sunny’s style of writing. I love her Mona Lisa series and I have read all of the books. I have yet to read any of her other books, but I would love the Mona Lisa series to continue. I just wanted to say, keep up the great work :D Sunny has inspired me to write a story of my own.
by Ashley June 9th, 2009 at 7:09 amwhen is your next book on Mona Lisa going to be publish? Love your series. Thank you for sharing such wonderful and imaginative stories with us.
by Patria Adames June 17th, 2009 at 2:55 pmI love both your demon princess, & Children of the the moon series, & I was hopping to find titles & poblishing dates of the next books in each series.

by cheryl July 1st, 2009 at 6:08 pm~Cheryl
I just love your books. I finished reading Mona Lisa Darkening and you you leave me wanting more. I hope you are going to write the next book soon. I also finished reading Lucinda, Darkly. I loved that one too. Thank you for the fascinating adventure.

by Cheryl Goode July 16th, 2009 at 8:44 amJust found the excerpt in an article about Sunny. I really hope she puts pen to paper and continues her Mona Lisa but it doesn’t sound like anytime soon:
My next release will be Lucinda, Dangerously, the second book in the Demon Princess Chronicles, coming out in October 2009 by Berkley. That will probably be the last book set in the Monère and the Demon Princess world for awhile. I have a contemporary fiction and possibly a new fantasy series I’d like to write; the ideas for these new stories and characters had been percolating in my brain for a couple of years now. Though I may eventually come back and continue my Mona Lisa series.
by Cheryl Goode July 16th, 2009 at 9:28 amOMG! I absolutely love The Monere Series and I’m really sad that there will not be anymore books soon. Mona Lisa Darkening left off with so many possibilities and I have so many questions like, will Mona Lisa and Thaddeus ever find out who their father is, will Sonia or Beldar ever join Mona Lisa’s family, will Dante come back, what is Dante’s other form, why dose Mona Lisa make her lovers wear condoms when she wants a baby anyway, will she ever have a baby and why did you pick a Bengal Tiger as her other form. And I can’t wait to see how Thaddeus turns out. I have everybody reading this series because they are fantastic. Please ,please, please continue the series.
by Trini July 16th, 2009 at 9:14 pmI really enjoyed reading the mona lisa series. I just finished craving and I had glance through darkening because I want Dante to come back. I am so sad that no new books will be coming out soon
by Kisha July 25th, 2009 at 10:53 amTHANK U :smile
by donna July 26th, 2009 at 2:59 amI just finished the Mona Lisa series and it was a great roller coaster ride. Mona Lisa is a great character. I grieved for Gryphon’s death and the baby. I am a little confused though as to how Blaec had 2 children but Halcyon and Mona Lisa can’t have children? There seems to be so much potential for this series to continue that I hope Sunny will keep on writing about the very unique Monere. PLEASE take mercy on your readers/fans and give us some inkling when you might share another Monere novel with us???
by Linda July 26th, 2009 at 4:26 pmHi Sunny!
by Molly August 1st, 2009 at 3:12 pmI came upon the Lucinda series by chance and tore through all of the ML books. I’m so excited for your next Lucinda book and I’ve even gotten 2 friends completely, hopelessly hooked (who needs to study when Mona Lisa is being dragged into Nether Hell?!).
I was really distressed to hear that you might not continue the series! I really feel like the plot lines have improved with each book you’ve written, the realms becoming more and more imaginative. I was really excited to see where you would go from here Mona Lisa Darkening. I think it would break the hearts of so many current and future fans. Please don’t stop writing the series when you have so many eager fans!
Just started, having a great time!!!!!
by connie August 6th, 2009 at 8:12 amI am addicted to the Mona Lisa Series. Second ago, I just put down Mona Lisa Darkening. I hope you will satisfy our craving and give up more Mona Lisa books.
I really want to find out about what the future holds for Mona Lisa, her lovers, and her family.
Thank you for a great series!!!!

by Sasha Skye August 7th, 2009 at 2:16 pmHi Sunny! I love your books they are so full of magic, Im addicted to Mona Lisa her story is great, you feel the action, the love and the sex. Please don’t stop the Monere series!! Please bring Dante back!
by Lizarah August 8th, 2009 at 10:07 pmYour fan Lisa.
I love this series and hope that you will continue it for long time.
by Bobbie Vaughn August 9th, 2009 at 1:43 pmI really love the Monere series. When might there be a fifth book??? The fourth book really kinda just stoped and I feel like there is so much that needs to be addressed. My heart really gets into the male characters in this series. It’s such a twist having males be in servitude. Please don’t keep us waiting to learn what happens next. Will Dante make an appearance again? I love Halcyon & Gryphon.
by Keri August 11th, 2009 at 9:14 amGreat series…it jumped started my libido when I needed it the most. Love Halcyon…yum!!!
by Meg Jacoby August 12th, 2009 at 11:43 amI stumbled across your ML series by accident. Read the first book and immediatly went out to by the rest of the series. I hope you continue the series. I would love to see more of the relationship progression with Halycon and Dontaine. I would love to see Dante reappear. Don’t stop writing!!!
by Rachel August 16th, 2009 at 12:14 pmI found the Mona Lisa series while doing a search on the Barnes and Nobel website. I’m so glad I found you! Keep writing because you are good and I hope to start seeing New York Times Best Selling Author at the top of new releases (it should be that way now). Also, please encourge the big book sellers to start displaying your books on their shelves. I’ll be ordering the your new series online but would love to see them on the shelves. Keep up the good work!.
by Tanya August 17th, 2009 at 8:46 pmDear Sunny, I hope you will write more on Mona Lisa — Her passionate love affair with Halcyon had me returning to certain spots. Man, they are good together!
by Lorraine August 18th, 2009 at 11:24 amDear Sunny, I don’t know if there will be any more on Mona Lisa-the way Mona Lisa’s story ended in Mona Lisa Darkening is perfect! I just can’t wait for the next book written by you even if it’s not about Mona Lisa. The world you created-the Monere-is just so preoccupying and captivating that words can’t explain how grateful I am to you for creating such a beautiful and unique world
by adenatatsumi August 18th, 2009 at 11:40 amI can not wait for more of the monere novels (if you plan on writing more about them). It makes me feel really good when I read your works and will be waiting patiently for more of your novels!
Love you lots!
by Kareen Gardner August 18th, 2009 at 1:13 pmIs it true that you may continue the Mona Lisa Series? Please write more about Mona Lisa and the Monere people. I’m so hooked on the series and am hopeful you will put out more book(s) about them. I honestly don’t care how much I have to pay as long as you write more and that they are great like the first four.
by Kareen Gardner August 18th, 2009 at 1:24 pmI agree, i would like when and if you are planning to contiune Mona Lisa’s Story, i need more
by Callie August 19th, 2009 at 1:15 pmDear Sunny, I finished Mona Lisa Darkening yesterday and am already having withdrawals!! I purchased Lucinda Darkly on my Kindle and can’t wait to start it. PLEASE say you’re going to continue Mona Lisa’s story!!! Anxiously waiting!!!!
by Sherrie August 20th, 2009 at 3:11 pmI really liked it. But not bad, it would be to add a few important sections.
by trentlaceysunxxp August 20th, 2009 at 5:23 pmDear Sunny, Oh My God thank you for creating Mona Lisa I cannot get enough of her or her men! I read the short story in Over The Moon and ran out and bought all 4 books and am now finishing Mona Lisa Darkening. When is the next one coming out? I cannot wait. The books are wonderful and I hope they go one forever.
by Alanna August 26th, 2009 at 6:29 pmDEAR SUNNY,

by Larissa September 17th, 2009 at 4:44 pmI understand and will be looking foward to what you might come up next :)
Im still reading Mona Lisa Darkening and still have the Lucinda books to content with… so, Im not so sad as of yet hehe
Thank you for taking the time to answer :)
by Larissa September 17th, 2009 at 7:02 pmSunny, I must say I love your writing. Addicted doesn’t cover it. XD
I love the stories with Mona Lisa and her lovely men, but I must say, I’m also loving Lucinda and her now-growing band. :]
Keep up the fantastic work. I can’t wait to read “Lucinda, Dangerously” and any other books that follow. You’re an amazing author! ^_^
by Belle September 20th, 2009 at 11:25 pmI have been waiting it seems a lifetime for the next Demon Princess book. I have a couple more weeks and I will be there picking up my pre-ordered copy. On to Mona Lisa Darkening. I like the story. I loved the gargoyles in NetherHell. However, I am in love with Halycon. Mona Lisa really irked me to no end on how she mistreated him after risking his life to save her.
Not happy with her right now. I need her to make up with Halcyon. So I hope to read more about the Gargoyles and Halcyon’s world. How long will he keep watch over Gryphon? And, how can she live with Queen Louisa spirit and not be forced back to Netherhell??? Please take your time and make it right with the next book. I am truly a fan that will always read books about my Monere family!
by Carletta September 22nd, 2009 at 4:54 pmSunny,
I read your Mona Lisa Series in a matter of days. I could not put them down. I loved them all and I hope you will countinue the stories. I would hate it if it ends the way it did. We never know if she gets her streghths back and I am a little curious as to what will happen when Dante comes back. Scary as he may seem, I liked him a lot and would love to hear more about him. I also love Halycon and would like to see more romance between him and Mona Lisa. I cant wait for more. I will be the first one to pick them up. Its upsetting that we have to wait so long for them, but I will probably be reading them again anyway. I havent started Lucinda Darkly, but I will once I get Lucinda Dangerously. I would like to say thank you and I will definetly be picking up more of your books
by Diana September 28th, 2009 at 10:10 amSunny, I just started reading Lucinda, Dangerously and I like the way you are using a blind individual in the book. I work for the Office for the Blind in Kentucky and it is nice to see an author using a blind individuals.
by Kirk Leiferman October 14th, 2009 at 3:15 pmSunny,
LOVE your books! Mona Lisa is a great character and I absolutely love Halycon! We all need MORE of the Demon Prince. Please keep writing. I recently started the Lucinda series and I am enjoying those as well. I’m a true fan! Thank you! Looking forward to your future writings.
by Amelia Densmore October 19th, 2009 at 7:10 pmSunny, I love your Mona Lisa series.

Does the wrap up (for now) mean we won’t be getting any books of Mona Lisa for a long time. I have been waiting for a new Monere book to come out. Very addicting. Well all I guess we can hope for is another book in the future. And I will be purchasing the Anthology when it’s released…
by Nicole November 28th, 2009 at 6:43 amThese Books are wonderful.
by Trista R December 1st, 2009 at 11:44 pmSUNNY…You need to think about doing movies based on the books. I think that 3 movies would do nicely but please don’t do what others do when they make a movie and edit out the steamy parts or major incidents in the book.
What a wonderful Adult fantasy movies they would be.
We spend so much time making fantasy’s for kids but what about the adults?
Anyone have any suggestions on comparable series to read in the waiting for more sunny books?
Trista my friends and I also love Sunny’s books. Have you read The Anita Blake series by Laurell H/amilton or the Lupi Series by Eileen Wilks Both are great just like Sunny’s.

by Tashi May 5th, 2010 at 10:35 pmDear Sunny, I would like to thank you for sharing of your ingenious point of view on the intimate relations between men & women in your books - it lifts the matter up, it’s decent; my best wishes,
by Rem May 11th, 2010 at 1:38 amHi, Sunny, tks for the respond,
it’s really great of you -
intimate relations are just a private sphere;
but you’ve shown - it’s love & affection & admiration & gratitude & caress & …, not sexual feelings only -
and it really might be shown to everybody;
it’s not only private matter already - it’s a miracle of art;
and the privacy isn’t broken meanwhile,
tks
sincerely

PLEASE write more about Mona Lisa and Halcyon, there’s just something good (and bad) and more that needs to be explored. Maybe a wedding with the prince needing the rescuing. They’re just sooooo good together!!! THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!!! I know you probably read many suggestions and thanks for the time.
PS: I’m reading Lucinda now…
Joan

by Debi June 20th, 2010 at 3:54 pmI happened upon your Demon Princess Chronicles at the library. Sadly, they do not carry any of your other books. I could NOT put these books down. I must acquire all of your books now, for my own. You are a fantastic fantasy author. <3

I love every book you’ve written on monere and Lucinda. Please, please say you will write a story about Ruric and Mary. You are such a wonderful writer and I can’t wait for march.
by Zulma July 16th, 2010 at 5:51 amHi Sunny,
Just a fan, writing to say how much I adore your books, and I am so happy to read that your next book will be coming out in March!! You are the reason I am always on the lookout for a talented romance writer; so far, I have yet to read someone just as interesting and creative as you though!
I can tell that you write for the love of ink; your story lines are always well thought out and your passion for writing is always apparent on paper. Over the years, you’ve also inspired me to look forward to my own future in romance literature. While I will never reach your level, I certainly hope that one day I may create a world as fascinating as your own :)
by Tina July 21st, 2010 at 3:56 amI am really excited that you will be writing another book to Mona Lisa and can’t wait for it to come out. I am currently rereading the series for the 4th time. Why were you not going to be writing any more books to the series? I am always checking to see when my favorite authors are coming out with new books and hope you continue to write both Lucinda and Mona Lisa and possibly about others in your stories. I have to say I am really happy your next book contains Dante. Happy Reading and Writing Everyone.
